Paula Noble

Principle Psychologist

B.Ed, Grad Dip Psych, Post Grad Dip Psych, Post Grad Prof Psych, MAPS, APTA

A registered psychologist and member of the Australian Psychological Society and College of Educational and Developmental Psychologists, I have over thirty years experience working with children and parents. Prior to registering with AHPRA as a psychologist I taught in primary schools in Australia and Singapore. Now as a psychologist I provide psychological assessment and evidenced based therapy, including under the Medicare Better Access Initiative. I am trained in the Gottman Institute’s Emotion Coaching for parents, a certified play therapist, a certified Lifeline counsellor, and a Board Approved Supervisor with AHPRA providing supervision for provisional and registered psychologists.

Before working in private practice, I worked as a School Psychologist in Sydney’s leading private schools - Cranbrook, Shore, Oxford Falls Grammar and interned at Knox Grammar. In these positions I provided individual therapy, group intervention, and educational assessments, in addition to supporting school systems (policy and procedures). Whilst in schools I introduced the Cool Kids program for anxious kids, Emotion Regulation talks for young children, and the Cogmed neuroscientific tool for support around working memory and attention.

A psychologist, teacher, parent and grandparent, I have a wealth of experience working with children and young people. And with an understanding, caring and empathic nature, I am passionate about the mental wellbeing of young people and highly competent in engaging with children, adolescents and parents.
